Methodology

1. Charity

Unsuppressed is committed to giving back by donating to the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund. This organization protects food freedom by advocating for small farmers and independent food producers. Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

2. UNSP Tag

We’re introducing the UNSP Tag, a tool that lets you easily verify whether a brand is truly independent or secretly controlled by one of the 11 corporations that dominate the global market. Through our platform, you can look up any brand and see if they are connected to these monopolies or if they're "Unsuppressed."

In addition, we’ll launch the UNSP label, a certification for products and restaurants that meet our strict standards: no corporate ownership, no seed oils, no artificial flavors—just pure, quality ingredients. Think of it as a "crunchy approved" seal, but without the mixed messages. Unlike apps like EWG or Yuka that will warn you about toxins and then criticize saturated fat, the UNSP label gives you full confidence that the food you’re eating is legit—whether it's reverse osmosis water, grass-fed beef, or fries cooked in tallow. No compromises.

3. The Store/Restaurant

Our vision is to create a grocery store and restaurant that redefines what "healthy" really means. The grocery store will focus on real, whole foods—not ultra-processed junk. You’ll find locally sourced produce, meat, and dairy from independent farmers and quality products from privately-owned companies.

Our restaurant will serve food that’s not just healthy in name but healthy in substance. Think organic potatoes fried in tallow, seasoned with Celtic sea salt, and grass-fed beef—not "health food" that’s just a salad on a menu. At Unsuppressed, we’re bringing real, nutrient-dense food to your plate.
